PRIVATE EVENT BOOKING INFO:
MINIMUM TO BOOK: 30 guests @ $25 per person (pizzas only, no drinks included)
$200 truck fee for all private events
$100 additional to book peak days (Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
additional fees for major holiday weekends and late night
require a non-refundable deposit of $250+ (dependent on size of party) to reserve the date & finalize booking (no party is considered booked until deposit is received & payment has cleared)
balance of payment is due when truck arrives at your event
additional travel fee dependent on location and timing (please note by law we cannot drive our truck on parkways in NYS & therefore this may increase mileage)
dough for one 10 inch pizza per person (if you require 2 pizzas per person there will be an add’l charge)
1 to 3 hour serving time frame included depending on size of event (additional serving time will require an additional fee)
truck will arrive 30 minutes before the start time to park & set up (our wood burning oven requires 15 minutes for final firing to 900 degrees)
oven can operate rain or shine but we do not supply tents for guests
paper plates & napkins included
truck requires a dry, level & safe place to park on private property (please note truck is approx. 10,000 lbs and may damage grass and/or sprinklers if location is not paved)
truck length is 26 ft long by 8 ft wide with the serving window on the passenger side
truck is fully insured but should your venue require additional coverage we require an additional fee
